alot of them are songs we played live but never got around to recording, others were work in progress songs that didnt get finished, or ones we did and didnt get played live, some are us dicking around like twats! none of you give a fuck, but who cares! we did

All these tracks were recorded at Sound Attack in Witham! we were a four peice back then and it represents the years 2002 - 2005
